Boost Productivity with the Pomodoro Technique

Dec 09, 20243 min read

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It uses a timer to break work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

How it Works

  1. Choose a task you'd like to get done.
  2. Set the Pomodoro Timer for 25 minutes.
  3. Work on the task until the timer rings.
  4. Take a short 5-minute break.
  5. Every 4 cycles, take a longer break (15-30 minutes).
